Motorcycle oil contains higher levels of phosphates (detergents) than are allowed in automobile oil by federal regulations. I can't recall what the anti-foaming agent is.
I'm glad you've had such good luck with automobile oil. I prefer to spend a couple of dollars more for the motorcycle oil.
Ride free no matter what oil you use.
